MSU alumnus Adam Telle appointed acting U.S. Army secretary

STARKVILLE, Miss.—Mississippi ´óÏóAPP Alumnus Adam Telle has been named the acting U.S. Army secretary. Telle has had oversight of the Army Corps of Engineers since 2025.

Telle is a 2005 MSU computer science and communication graduate who served as president of the Student Association in 2004-05.

He served as chief of staff for U.S. Senator Bill Hagerty of Tennessee, and he previously served as deputy chief of staff for the late Sen. Thad Cochran.
